Refund and Returns Policy

All returns and refund requests must be submitted to Nasa within 30 (thirty) days from purchase.

Condition of Returns:

  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods are unused.
  • The original invoice is provided.

Returns

A 10% handling fee is levied on items returned that were correctly supplied.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning an item via courier.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any customised items.
  • Any special items made to your specification on order.
  • Any special orders
  • Used items.
  • Expired Items.
  • ALL Respiratory protection items cannot be exchanged or returned due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • First Aid items cannot be exchanged or returned due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged by electrical surges cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

If product is faulty and/or damage, NASA and its suppliers have the right to first inspect the product and determine if the product has been used within its prescribed use and limits. In the event that we find that a product, alleged to be defective, has been abused, or misused, or neglected, or modified in any way, we may in our sole discretion elect not to refund, repair or replace the product.

NASA will not be obliged to process any refund in the event that the fault and/or damage is as a result of ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 7 days to reflect.

An email needs to be sent to debtors@nasa.co.za for a request for return/refund/exchange.

A form will be sent to be filled in and returned.

A return for pick up slip will be given to the allocated driver for the return.

The items should be checked upon arrival by the receiving team. Form signed and given to debtors to process a credit note.

DRIVERS ARE NOT TO BRING ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SWAPS without this form

They are further required to only bring back items that match that return document.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 75 Greyling Street, Pietermaritzburg, 3201.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
